Naming Mars

Today in class I was struck by the names given to different features like Eden and Utopia. I did a little searching around and found that the naming of Martian features is actually quite frustraing. Because the rovers Spirit and Opportunity are running longer than expected scientists have had a hard time keeping up with the data they collect and have started to name boulders after sushi and ice cream flavors.
